If you live outside the major cities listed above — including Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, the Highlands & Islands, the Isle of Man, the Isles of Scilly and the Channel Islands — your order will still arrive completely free, normally within 1–3 working days of dispatch.

2. When will my laptop actually arrive?
London, Manchester, Birmingham or Leeds → order before 6 pm Monday–Friday and it’s with you the next working day.
Everywhere else in the UK mainland → 1–3 working days from dispatch.
Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly → still free, usually 1–5 working days.
3. What time do I need to order for next-day delivery?
Place your order before 6 pm Monday–Friday and we’ll get it out the same evening for delivery the next working day.
4. Do you deliver on Saturdays?
Yes – next-working-day delivery includes Saturday delivery for orders placed before 6 pm on Friday.
5. Do I have to pay upfront?
No. You pay nothing until you’ve received and checked your order. All laptops and accessories are sent on a “pay on delivery” basis.
6. Which couriers do you use?
We use DPD, Parcelforce, Evri and Royal Mail Tracked & Signed depending on your postcode and parcel size. You’ll always get a 1-hour delivery window where available.
7. Can I track my order?
Absolutely – the moment it leaves our warehouse you’ll get a dispatch email with a direct tracking link and SMS updates from the courier.
8. What if I’m not home when the courier arrives?
The driver will leave a calling card. You can then rearrange delivery online or divert to a neighbour/safe place — all free of charge.
9. Can I change the delivery address after I’ve ordered?
Yes, as long as the parcel hasn’t been dispatched yet. Just drop us a message via live chat or email and we’ll update it instantly.
10. Do you ship to BFPO (British Forces) addresses?
Yes, we deliver free of charge to BFPO addresses – normal 3–7 working day timescale applies.
11. What happens during Christmas or Black Friday?
Couriers get very busy, so next-day delivery to major cities is still aimed for, but occasionally slips to 48 hours. We’ll email and text you if anything changes.
12. Are laptops packed safely?
Every laptop gets corner protectors, anti-static wrapping, plenty of bubble/foam and a strong double-walled box with security seals. Damage in transit is extremely rare.
13. Can I add delivery instructions at checkout?
Yes – there’s a notes box where you can say “leave with neighbour” or “safe place behind bin”. The courier will follow your instructions.
14. Do you deliver to lockers or collection points?
We only deliver directly to your specified address in the UK, including safe places or with a neighbour as instructed. Collection points are not available.
15. My tracking says “delayed” – what now?
Don’t worry – it happens occasionally with weather or courier volume. We’re automatically notified and will contact you with a new estimated date.
