30-Day “Change of Mind” Returns
If you change your mind, you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return it for a full refund — no questions asked.
- Returns are free for qualifying orders — we provide a prepaid returns label.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method on the same working day we receive and inspect the item.
- If your purchase was on FlexiPay 0%, the agreement is cancelled and any payments already made are refunded immediately.
How to Return an Item
- Sign in to your account → Orders → Select the order → “Start a return”, or contact our support team.
- Tell us the reason (optional — this helps us improve).
- We’ll email a prepaid returns label (or arrange a free courier collection where available).
- Pack the item with all original accessories and paperwork in the original packaging if possible.
- Drop at the specified collection point or hand to the courier when they collect.
- We check the item on arrival and process your refund the same working day.
Exchanges
Want a different model, colour or configuration? We can usually arrange a free exchange. Contact us and we’ll collect the original item and dispatch the replacement as soon as the return is confirmed — typically the same or next working day.
Manufacturer Warranty — What’s Included
All laptops sold by our store include a minimum 12-month manufacturer warranty, with many models covered for 24 months. If a genuine manufacturing fault appears:
- We’ll repair or replace the item free of charge.
- Return postage for warranty repairs is covered both ways.
- Most warranty repairs are completed within 7–10 working days.
- Where repairs will take longer, we can discuss a temporary loan device (subject to availability).
How to Make a Warranty Claim
- Contact our support team with your order number and a short description of the fault.
- We’ll attempt remote troubleshooting first (many issues are fixed quickly).
- If a return is required, we’ll provide a prepaid returns label or book a collection.
- Once received, the device is tested, repaired or replaced, and returned to you with full tracking.
What the Warranty Covers (Plain English)
Included: manufacturing defects, hardware failures not caused by misuse, and battery faults occurring within the covered period.
Not included: accidental damage (drops, liquid damage), deliberate misuse, damage from third-party repairs, or normal wear and tear beyond reasonable use.
FlexiPay 0% Customers — Full Protection
If you bought on FlexiPay 0% and return the product within the 30-day window, your instalment agreement is cancelled immediately and any payments already taken are refunded. If a warranty repair or replacement is required later, we’ll work with you to ensure your FlexiPay account is updated appropriately.
Refunds & Timing
- We process refunds the same working day we receive and inspect the returned goods.
- Refunds to cards and digital wallets typically appear in your account within 1–5 working days depending on your bank or provider.
- FlexiPay and other instalment refunds are managed instantly on our side; any banking delays depend on your provider.
Collection Service
For your convenience we offer free courier collection for returns and warranty items in most UK postcodes. If collection isn’t available in your area, we’ll provide a prepaid label and simple drop-off instructions.
Missing Accessories or Packaging
Returns within 30 days are accepted even if minor accessories are missing, but we may deduct a reasonable amount from the refund to cover replacement parts. To avoid deductions, return all original accessories and packaging where possible.
Repairs — Our Process
We operate a UK repair centre for common faults and work with manufacturer service partners for specialist repairs. If we must send a device to a third-party repairer, we manage the process and keep you updated throughout.

How long do I have to return an item if I change my mind?
You have 30 days from the day you receive the item. Return it in as-new condition with all original packaging and accessories for a full refund.
Are returns really free?
Yes — for qualifying returns we supply a prepaid label or organise a free courier collection. Any exceptions will be clearly explained before you confirm the return.
What condition does the item need to be in?
As-new condition for a full refund: no obvious signs of use and including all original accessories and packaging. Reasonable testing is permitted.
What happens to my FlexiPay 0% agreement if I return a product?
We cancel the FlexiPay agreement immediately when the return is processed and refund any payments you’ve already made.
Can I exchange for a different model instead of a refund?

How long is the warranty?
Every laptop comes with at least 12 months warranty; many models have 24 months. The exact term is shown on the product page and in your order confirmation.
What does the warranty cover?

Do you offer a loan device during repairs?

Will I be charged if I lost the box or charger?
If you return within 30 days without original accessories we may deduct a fair replacement cost from the refund. After 30 days, a warranty claim still proceeds but missing accessories can affect valuation.
